What we did:

Organized the purchase of samples and their independent verification.

Consolidated shipments from five different warehouses into a single warehouse.

PROJECT 2
Furniture Factory Production Modernization
Client Challenge: A large furniture factory was looking for a reliable supplier of ABS edging material and components for new machines directly from the factory, bypassing Russian dealers with high markups.
What We Did:
Found a manufacturer in Guangdong Province specializing in the required materials.
Conducted due diligence on the factory's legal status and reputation.
Arranged a video call with the production director to agree on specifications.
Conducted an inspection of the first batch before shipment.
Result:
Price: The raw material purchase price was reduced by 27% compared to local dealer prices.
Volume: Regular deliveries (once per month) by sea were established.

PROJECT 3
Launching a line of craft tea under a private label
Client's challenge: The restaurateur wanted to create his own line of premium tea in signature packaging for sale to guests and on social media. They needed to find a factory willing to work on a custom basis (Private Label).
What we did:
Found a factory that packs and blends tea according to the client's recipes.
Assisted with the packaging design, adapting it to Chinese printing standards.
Oversaw the production of a batch (2,000 packs) and logo application.
Organized air delivery (as the fastest method for a trial batch).
Result:
Speed: From submitting a request to receiving the goods at a warehouse in the EU — 35 days.
Uniqueness: The client now has an exclusive product that no one else in the city has.

PROJECT 4
Delivery of an industrial machine for a printing house
Client's task: A heavy machine (2 tons, oversized) needed to be delivered from Zhejiang Province to Moscow. The machine had already been paid for, but the seller refused to handle foreign trade.
What we did:
Organized the pickup of the cargo from the manufacturer's warehouse.
Prepared a full package of customs clearance documents (TN VED, transaction passport).
Professionally packaged the shipment for sea transportation.
Completed turnkey customs clearance in Moscow.
Result:
The client simply picked up the machine at their warehouse. We covered all the risks and bureaucracy.
